Adelynn Franks has always called Williamson County home. Adelynn graduated high school from St. Cecilia Academy and went on to attend O’More College of Design where she graduated in 2008 with a degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising. As a third generation builder, Adelynn Franks specializes in residential homes. Adelynn runs her own construction company, Arlyn Homes, in which she started in 2004. She obtained her real estate license that same year, and has been with Battle Ground Realty for the past 5 years. Adelynn also has a deep passion for flying. She earned her private pilots certificate in the spring of 2008, and is currently working on her instrument rating. Adelynn earned her sea plane rating in March 2009, after attending Jack Browns Sea Plane Base and is currently working on her helicopter private certificate. In 2009, Adelynn became the owner of Helistar Aviation.
